At Live Fortunate, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

You do not need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Sizing

Please review the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when an incorrect size or color is ordered.
